How the program works.
Our comprehensive program begins with an initial consultation where you’ll meet our Nutrition Counselor to review sample meal plans, dietary guidelines, your current eating habits, and discuss vitamins/minerals. During this session, you’ll also meet with a board-certified healthcare professional specializing in Obesity Medicine to assess your health history, weight loss objectives, and potential medication options. If medication is deemed suitable, it will be provided in-office or shipped following a virtual consultation. Subsequent maintenance visits will be scheduled to monitor progress, discuss any concerns, and arrange medication refills as needed.
About Tirzepatide
How Tirzepatide Work
Like Semaglutide and other GLP-1 class medications, Tirzepatide works by delaying how quickly out stomachs digest food, leading to a feeling of fullness and satisfaction with smaller meal sizes. In addition to the GLP-1 hormone, Tirzepatide has the benefit of a second hormone called GIP. GIP has been shown to decrease how much you eat and increase your energy expenditure, which results in weight loss. When combined with a GLP-1 receptor agonist, this may result in greater positive effects on blood glucose and body weight. Tirzepatide also slows the movement of food from the stomach into the small intestine. As a result, you may feel full more quickly and for a longer period of time.
About Semaglutide
How Semaglutide Work
Semaglutide is a synthetic version of a natural molecule called GLP-1 analog, found in our bodies. It functions by boosting insulin production, reducing glucagon secretion, and influencing appetite control centers in the brain. Unlike the short-lived natural molecule, this modified version can last for weeks in the body. Initially used for diabetes treatment under the brand name Ozempic, Semaglutide, now marketed as Wegovy, gained FDA approval in June 2021 specifically for weight loss purposes.

Here’s an example of a typical daily meal plan while on Tirzepatide or Semaglutide. Our weight loss program aims to cultivate lasting healthy eating habits
BREAKFAST
1/2 cup of unsweetened oatmeal with a dollop of honey-infused low-fat yogurt
MORNING SNACK
Protein shake with no more than 150 calories
LUNCH
1 medium-sized grilled chicken breast, accompanied by 1 cup of assorted vegetables, lettuce, 1 to 2 slices of whole grain bread, and a light dressing
AFTERNOON SNACK
1 to 2 tablespoons of hummus with a portion of whole wheat pita bread (1/2)
DINNER
Generous portion of your preferred protein, served with 1 to 2 cups of vegetables and 1/2 to 1 cup of whole wheat pasta, beans, brown rice, or quinoa. Enjoy ample servings of lettuce or spinach alongside.
